APPG ON TRAILER AND TOWING SAFETY DATA PROTECTION PRIVACY NOTICE

 The APPG on Trailer and Towing Safety processes your personal data for the purposes of maintaining and using a membership or mailing list, and for keeping minutes of meetings.

The data controller is the Registered Contact Alicia Dunne who can be contacted via alicia.d@thencc.org.uk

The data which we obtain from you and store on our records is:
• Your name, title and email address
• Your role and/or the organisation that you work for (if any)
• (if applicable) your address
• (if applicable) your phone number

We use this information to send you information about the APPG and its work, including meeting notices and minutes. We may also record personal information about you, including your opinions, in minutes of meetings (if applicable).

Our lawful basis for using this information is for legitimate purposes for the APPG to process the personal data for a specific purpose.

We will hold this information securely and we will keep this information for one year after the current Parliament ends.

We do not share your data with any third party.

Please also note that under the rules which Parliament has set for APPGs, the names of APPG members (but not their contact details) are published on the group’s website or webpages or else provided to enquirers on request.
